We have very few rules. You decide your working hours, how you work and the equipment you use. With that agency we must think about what our company needs - 'We' before 'I'.

🍽️ We cook and eat together
Every day we pair up and make lunch for the team. It's an opportunity for us to press pause on the day and bond over food.
🎢 Every 6 weeks we socialise as a team and once a year we'll holiday!
We've gone climbing, hiked Box Hill, raved at All Points East, and spent one rainy day at Thorpe Park. This works out at 8 working days a year. Additionally, once a year, we'll holiday together — this year we learnt to ski in Val-d'Isère.
🏡 Hybrid working location
Balancing an person culture with flexibility is a priority for us. Our anchor days are Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. Wednesday and Thursday are the days you can choose to work from home on.
📚 Learning and development
Everyone has the budget they need for learning and development annually. Whether its books or courses, if it's going to help you get to the next level in life and work, we'll support you.
🥗 Health and fitness
You'll have the option to use £60 per month for your health and fitness. This could be used for things like a gym membership, therapy, yoga or your local sauna!
🐖 Pension
We use Nest as our pension provider and contribute 3% alongside your 5% employee contribution.
💚 Fertility leave
We provide an additional 5 days off per year if you or your partner are going through fertility treatment.
🐣 Parental leave
We offer parental leave for primary and secondary caregivers.
For primary caregivers:
Post passing probation: statutory, 6 weeks 90% pay then SMP for 33 weeks.
Post 1 years employment: 12 weeks 100% pay then SMP for 27 weeks.
Post 2 years employment: 18 weeks 100% pay then SMP for 21 weeks.
For secondary caregivers:
Post passing probation: statutory, 2 weeks 100% pay.
Post 1 years employment: 4 weeks 100% pay.
Post 2 years employment: 6 weeks 100%.
